SweetSeat™ offers professional cleaning for car seats, strollers, and related baby gear. All cleaning is performed with non-toxic, baby-safe products and methods.

2. Booking & Payment

• All appointments must be scheduled through our booking system on our website
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
• Pricing is listed on our website and may change without prior notice.
• Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at the time of booking.

3. Pickup & Delivery

• Standard pricing includes pickup and delivery within our service area.
• Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our listed service range.
• Customers may choose self drop-off and pickup for discounted rates, when available.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree that:

• You are the owner or authorized user of the gear being cleaned.
• You are responsible for safe reinstallation and use of your gear after cleaning.
• You will disclose any pre-existing damage or special conditions of your gear.
• You understand that while we strive for the best results, cleaning outcomes may vary and some stains or odors may not be fully removed.

5. Limitations of Liability

SweetSeat™ is not responsible for:

• Any pre-existing damage, wear, or manufacturer defects in your gear.
• Improper reinstallation or misuse of car seats or baby gear after cleaning.
• Normal wear and tear resulting from the cleaning process.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment may be subject to a fee.
• Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been rendered.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy].

8. Intellectual Property

All SweetSeat™ branding, logos, and content are the property of SweetSeat Cleaning Co. and may not be used without permission.
