 What areas do you service?
For families located within our primary service area delivery is included (with any $75 or greater purchase).  If your neighborhood falls within our extended service area, a small $25 travel fee will apply. click on our Service Area tab in our menu. 
 
What items do you clean?

We clean infant car seats, toddler car seats, booster seats, strollers, wagons, pack-n-plays, and high chairs.  If it’s not listed here, ask us.  We want to make your life as sweet as possible!

What products do you use to clean car seats?

We use  baby-safe, non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products chosen with children in mind.  Our primary cleaners include gentle soluctions such as unscented Castile soap and Puracy Natural Stain Remover.

How do you clean car seats and baby gear?

At SweetSeat™ we follow a carefully designed, non-toxic cleaning process that keeps your gear safe and your child protected:

  • Hand-cleaning with gentle non-toxic products 
  • Wet/dry vacuum extraction that removes crumbs, dirt, and liquid without over-saturating the fabric
  • Targeted stain removal with child-safe solutions
  • Manufacturer-aligned guidelines are followed for each brand and model
  • Final sanitization by hand, ensuring every strap, buckle, and surface is cleaned and sanitized
How do you clean stains and odors?

 For tougher stains and oders caused by milk spills, spit up, potty training accidents or diaper blowouts, we may use a gentle enzyme-based cleaner.  These enzymes naturally break down the proteins that cause stains and odors, allowing them to be lifted away during our extraction process wtihout the need for harsh chemicals.  This gives a fresh, clean finish without risking damage to the fabric or putting your baby’s safety at risk.

Do you use steam cleaning?

No, we do not. Steam can damage flame-retardant fabrics and safety features and void the manufacturer’s warranty. Instead, we use approved manufacturer-aligned methods that keep your car seat both clean and safe.

Can I drop my car seat off to save money?

Yes, if you prefer you can drop off and pick up at our location and save $25. Simply choose “Self dropoff” at checkout. (Please note that orders under $75 do not include delivery and would need to be dropped off at our location.) 

How long will it take to get my car seat back?

We offer end of the day pickup and early morning next day delivery so you don’t have to be without your car seat except when the children are sleeping. Our pickup times are typically between 3 and 7 pm, with our return time around 7 am.   

What if I’m not happy with the results?

We do our very best to make every seat look fresh and clean, but sometimes deep stains or wear just can’t be erased completely. That doesn’t mean your seat isn’t safe or sweet—it just means the fabric has been well-loved. If you’re ever concerned, reach out to us within 48 hours and we’ll gladly take another look or re-clean if needed.

Do you offer refunds?

Because each cleaning is a hands-on service, all sales are final. But please know—your happiness matters to us. If something doesn’t feel right, let us know and we’ll work with you to make it sweeter.

What if my car seat is damaged or recalled?

We’ll always point out anything we notice, but we can’t be responsible for manufacturer recalls or pre-existing damage. Safety always comes first, so we encourage you to check your seat’s recall status regularly.
